A decade-long labour of love

The Calabash Waters trufferie spans five beautiful acres, planted lovingly by hand over a long weekend in October 2010. It was a true family effort - even the youngest helpers were just five years old!

Each of the 1,200 trees was carefully planted with inoculated roots, and after ten patient years, we harvested our very first truffles - aromatic, earthy, and utterly delicious.

Today, our truffles are sold to markets and restaurants across Greater Sydney. During truffle season, Teneka and Scott, with their talented truffle dogs, help us uncover these culinary treasures - a nervous and exciting time on the farm.
