Ewes, rams & lambs raised the regenerative way

Raising healthy, chemical-free lambs is a big part of what we do at Calabash Waters. Our growing flock of crossbred and composite ewes, some born and bred right here, are the backbone of our farm. Our Pol Dorset and Composite rams - handsome and hardworking - play a key role in our breeding program.

We raise our livestock on diverse pastures as part of our commitment to regenerative farming, and we’re proud to treat our animals naturally and holistically.

Looking ahead, our dream is to bring our regeneratively farmed lamb straight from paddock to plate - and when paired with our rich, aromatic truffles, we think it's a match made in heaven.
